Just mix 1 part Wet and Forget with 5 parts water in a garden sprayer

Covers 100m2-300m2 depending on porosity of the surfaces
Best applied in overcast dry conditions to prevent evaporation
Once treated with Wet and Forget your surface requires no waterblasting, scrubbing or rinsing – and it carries on working for up to 12 months. Badly contaminated surfaces (ie black fungi stains on decking) may require brushing.
