This is a wood fired pizza oven and is easy to operate, simply light a wood fire in the bottom chamber and use the temperature gauge to get to the perfect cooking heat. The chrome plated cooking grill can be used for fish, vegetables, meat and all the other typical BBQ food. In this case, lumpwood charcoal can be used. If you are feeling a little adventurous, it can also be used as a smoker by adding smoking chips to the log or charcoal fire and closing the upper door.
