‘Prelude’ bears delicate sprays of small lavender blue flowers with darker blue veins above mounds of mid-green deeply divided foliage from late spring into summer.

This dainty Geranium looks lovely planted towards the front of a partial shade border, where its luminous pale flowers can be best admired.  It combines beautifully with whites, burgundies and deep pinks.  Easy to grow and low maintenance, cut back faded stems and foliage to encourage fresh growth. It will thrive in partial shade in any reasonable soil that has some drainage.
