Aquilegia ‘Mckana Group’

A very long-spurred and large flowered selection which are of mixed colours; each flower is normally bi-coloured. It produces a most cheerful display for a long period in early summer.

A staple ingredient of a cottage garden, it is low maintenance and quite unfussy. To get the best results grow these in a sunny border with reasonable soil. They are short lived varieties and replanting every 3 years to create a good display is advisable. Can be used as a cut flower.
